Priority Care Transport, a registered DBA of Kairos Transport LLC, is a private non-emergency medical transportation and companion service based in Spokane, Washington.
We provide:
- Non-emergency transportation to and from medical appointments, procedures, dialysis, and outpatient facilities
- Companion support services — staying with clients before, during, and after appointments
- Hospital discharge transportation and aftercare support
- Senior companion rides and pharmacy/errand assistance
In the event of a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Do not contact Priority Care Transport for emergency situations.
🏥 2. Non-Medical Disclaimer
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Priority Care Transport and its representatives are not licensed medical professionals
- We do not provide medical care, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind
- Our companions provide non-clinical support only — including presence, assistance with navigation, and general support during appointments
- We are not responsible for any medical outcomes related to your procedure or health condition
- All medical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client and their healthcare provider
⚖️ 3. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by Washington State law:
- Kairos Transport LLC and Priority Care Transport are not liable for any injury, illness, medical condition, delay, loss, or incident that occurs during transportation or companion services
- We are not liable for outcomes related to your medical procedure, condition, or treatment
- By booking our services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with non-emergency transportation
- You agree to release and hold harmless Kairos Transport LLC, Priority Care Transport, and all representatives from any and all claims arising from your use of our services
By submitting a booking, you confirm that you are medically fit for non-emergency transportation and that you agree to this liability waiver in full.
💰 4. Pricing, Billing & Overtime Policy
Our pricing is transparent and includes the following rates:

| Round Trip + Companion | $140+ | Up to 3 hours | $75/hr after 30-min grace |
| Companion / Hourly | $75/hr | 1 hour minimum | $75/hr after 30-min grace |
We include a 30-minute grace period after your included time expires before any additional hourly charges apply. This means if your procedure runs slightly over, you will not be immediately charged. Additional time beyond the grace period is billed at $75 per hour, prorated to 30-minute increments.

- Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing
📅 5. Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking
- Bookings can be made online, by phone, or by text at (509) 601-4106
- Same-day booking is available subject to availability
- Due to our 1-on-1 care model, advance booking is strongly recommended
- A booking is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from Priority Care Transport
Cancellation
- 24+ hours notice: Full cancellation, no charge
- Less than 24 hours notice: May be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service
- No-show: Full service charge may apply
- Cancellations must be communicated by phone or text to (509) 601-4106
If your procedure is cancelled or rescheduled by your healthcare provider with less than 24 hours notice, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
🤝 6. Companion Role Clarification
Our companions provide non-clinical, non-medical support only. This includes:
- Accompanying you to and from your appointment
- Staying on-site or nearby during your procedure
- Assisting with check-in navigation and general wayfinding
- Coordinating with facility staff for discharge logistics
- Providing emotional reassurance and presence
- Communicating updates to designated family members (with your consent)
Administer medication, provide medical advice, make medical decisions, perform any clinical procedures, or act as a legal advocate or power of attorney.
✅ 7. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Confirm that you are medically fit and approved for non-emergency transportation by your healthcare provider
- Provide accurate booking information including addresses, appointment times, and any mobility or medical equipment needs
- Notify us of any changes to your booking as soon as possible
- Treat our drivers and companions with respect
- Acknowledge that behavior that is threatening, abusive, or unsafe may result in termination of service
🔒 8. Privacy & Data
- Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of fulfilling your booking
- We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties
- Booking records including consent logs are retained for legal protection purposes
- We comply with applicable Washington State privacy laws
- By submitting a booking form, you consent to being contacted by Priority Care Transport regarding your booking
⚖️ 9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from the use of Priority Care Transport services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Spokane County, Washington.
