About Our Services

Priority Care Transport (Kairos Transport LLC) is a non-emergency medical transportation and companion service based in Spokane, Washington. We are not licensed medical providers and do not offer medical care, clinical diagnosis, treatment, or advice of any kind.

Client Eligibility & Medical Responsibility

By booking our services, you confirm and acknowledge that:

  • The client is medically stable and appropriate for non-emergency, private transportation.
  • Priority Care Transport is not responsible for any medical decisions, outcomes, or clinical care before, during, or after transport.
  • In the event of a medical emergency during transport, we will call 911 immediately.
  • Our companions are trained in basic safety practices and CPR — they are not licensed medical professionals.

Booking & Payment

  • Payment is collected securely through Stripe at the time of booking.
  • We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe's secure checkout.
  • Itemized receipts are available on request for insurance, FSA, or reimbursement purposes. We do not bill insurance or government programs directly.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Please call us as soon as possible if your plans change and we will work with you.

Liability Waiver

By booking and using our services, you agree that:

  • Priority Care Transport (Kairos Transport LLC) and its staff are not liable for any medical incident, injury, or health outcome during or after transport, except in cases of gross negligence.
  • You accept full responsibility for your own medical condition and needs during transport.
  • Our service is non-medical in nature and is limited to transportation and professional companionship.

Privacy Policy

  • What we collect: Name, phone number, email, address, appointment details, and notes you provide.
  • How we use it: To confirm and fulfill your booking, communicate with you, and contact family members if authorized.
  • What we do not do: We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party for marketing.
  • Payment data: All payment information is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  • Data retention: We retain booking records as required for business and legal purposes. You may request deletion by contacting us directly.

Service Area

We serve Spokane, Washington and surrounding communities within approximately 50 miles. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.
