We accept all major credit and debit cards. Some clients submit receipts to their insurance or FSA — we provide itemized documentation on request.

A ride-share drops you off and leaves. We stay with you for your entire appointment, handle check-in and discharge, communicate with your family, and bring you safely home. Our rate reflects the full duration of a dedicated professional's time.
We stay with you no matter how long it takes. Additional time is billed at $95/hour in 15-minute increments. We communicate clearly if more time is needed — no surprise charges.
We are a private-pay service and do not bill insurance directly. Many clients submit receipts for reimbursement through their insurance, Medicare Advantage supplement, or FSA. We provide itemized receipts on request.
Cancellations more than 24 hours before your scheduled pickup are free of charge. Please call us as soon as possible if your plans change and we will work with you.
